Limitation of Liability and Service Disclosure for United Integrity Mobile Services LLC

United Integrity Mobile Services LLC provides mobile notary, loan signing, tax research support, and officiant services within the state of Nebraska and remotely across the United States. While we strive to ensure the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, this disclosure serves to limit our liability. By using our services, you acknowledge that United Integrity Mobile Services LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under applicable state Nebraska law or U.S. federal law. This disclosure applies to all services provided remotely or in person. For any specific concerns, please reach out to us directly at support@unitedintegritymobilesvs.com.

1. Scope of Services. Company provides mobile notary, loan signing agent, tax assistance support, business clerical assistance and officiant services. The Client understands that the Company is engaged solely to provide the agreed‑upon services as described in the engagement agreement or order form. Any additional services (e.g., legal advice, document drafting) are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. No Legal Advice / No Attorney‑Client Relationship. The Company is not a law firm and no portion of the services shall be construed as providing legal advice, establishing an attorney‑client relationship, or substituting for the independent judgment of a lawyer. Client is encouraged to seek independent legal counsel for any document review, tax planning, or legal questions.

3. Client Responsibilities. Client shall provide all necessary valid forms of identification, complete documents accurately, ensure all parties are present as required, and schedule services in a timely manner. For notarial acts, the Client must appear in person (or comply with remote notarization requirements) as required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability. Company will exercise reasonable care, skill and diligence in performing its services. However, Client agrees that the Company’s liability (whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise) for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall be limited to the fees paid by Client for that particular service. In no event shall Company be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profit or business interruption) even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

5. Travel / Scheduling / Cancellations. For mobile services, travel time, mileage, and any special scheduling outside regular business hours may incur additional charges. Client agrees to adhere to the cancellation policy (as set forth in the engagement agreement). Client will be advised and has to agree of any charges before set appointment. If more forms are needed an additional charge for the additional forms will be accessed and advised and agreed upon by client before service/s is started.

6. Remote / Electronic Notary Services. Is not applicable and RON is not offered by the Company. *NA If remote or electronic notarization is requested, Client understands and consents to the process, risks and legal requirements of electronic/online notarization under Nebraska law. Company shall comply with applicable statutes and regulations (e.g., Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 64‑401 et seq.). This is not applicable as RON is not offered by the Company.

7. Remote/Electronic Business and Tax Research Services: Company will advise in writing the services that will be completed and time frame along with any pricing assessed for the service in the Contract. After the Client agrees and signs the Contract no changes can be made and a new Contract will need to be drafted with all agreed upon services offered in the Contract. A Client has the right to cancel services before any work is started or within 3 days of signing the Contract. Once the Company has begun work there will be a convenience fee of $50 assessed. If at any time the Client would like to cancel, they agree to let the Company know in writing and to allow the Company 5-7 business days from date of receipt to refund any money due. Please allow your Bank 7-10 business days from date refund issued, if you have not received your refund after the timeframe listed please contact the Bank for refund processing times.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. This Disclosure and the engagement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any dispute shall be brought in the appropriate courts in Douglas and Sarpy (or relevant) County, Nebraska.

8. Acknowledgment. Client’s signature or electronic acceptance of the engagement form means Client has read, understands and agrees to this Disclosure and limitation of liability.
